Day of Atonement – Monday, Sept. 28th

Day of Atonement is a yearly celebration in the Fall. The Fall Holidays are a season of repentance. Through this season of examination, we prepare ourselves to meet the King of Kings and the Just Judge, Jesus our Messiah. Day of Atonement is a day of solemn fasting and repentance.
This year for Day of Atonement, we will be meeting at Capitol Church in Meridian, 2760 E Fairview Ave, Meridian, on Monday, September 28th. Monday the 28th of September is a yearly Sabbath, so request this day off of work.
Our Personal Service will begin at 12 PM. This gives you an opportunity to spend time with the Lord in prayer and repentance for yourself.
Our Corporate Service will begin at 2:00 PM. This will give our entire congregation an opportunity to pray and worship together.
